The third Thursday in November is the traditional French Celebration of the Harvest with the release of “Nouveau Beaujolais” - composed of wine made from grapes hanging on the vine just weeks prior. We’ll be doing a comparative tasting of “Noveau” w/ “Cru Beaujolais” such as Fleurie, Morgon, Brouilly & Moulin-A-Vent! Perfect Thanksgiving Wine. We’ll also have our “Iron Chef Nick” serving up BBQ Pork and some fixin’s!
