Our old friend, Pete Stephenson will be in the house getting all shucked up! We’ll be pairing these little bi-valve beauties (freshly plucked from Pete’s Oyster Farm on Orcas Island) with perfectly dry sparkling and zesty white wines.
We’ll be offering half dozen-($15) and full dozen-($25) plates AND “Chowder Czar/Iron Chef” Nick will be serving up bowls of quite possibly the best clam chowder made in the free world! ($10)
